2.MKL-650 series machine tools are divided into MKL-650T type and MKL-650Q type.
3.MKL-650T type roughing machine T1 and finishing machine T11.
4.T1 type is for products with diagonal lines less than 150mm and grinding allowance greater than 0.5Mm large-scale roughening, removing grinding allowance, can be equipped with automatic feeding or semi-cutting Automatic feeder.
5.T11 type for product diagonal less than 120mm, grinding margin less than 0.1mm large-scale finishing, can be equipped with automatic feeding or semi-automatic feeder.
6.MKL-650Q type for product diagonal less than 200mm, product thickness greater than 12mm batch high precision processing, manual loading and unloading.
Product Parameters
1.Cast iron bed is used to reduce vibration and deformation during processing, ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the machine tool, and ensure the processing accuracy. CBN or diamond grinding wheels are selected for the upper and lower discs according to the material of the grinding products.
2.Adopting the principle of soft hardening and using oilstone to trim the grinding wheel binder, the non-sharp crystals fall off and achieve the effect of dressing the grinding wheel. Reduce the unnecessary dressing consumption of the grinding wheel and improve the use efficiency of the grinding wheel.
3.Adopt Mitsubishi numerical control system (FX3U-20SSC-H PLC communication positioning module, GOT1000 touch screen, E60 series inverter).
4.The spindle bearing adopts NSK series. Adopt plastic guide rail and precision ball screw drive feed to reduce friction and improve service life.
5.The water tank filtration system is magnetic separator + paper tape filtration + industrial-grade compressor constant temperature cooling.
6.According to the size, batch, and accuracy requirements of the grinding product, an automatic loading and unloading device can be selected.
