1. XK series numerical control bed milling machine is suitable for using various rod milling cutters, circular milling cutters, angle milling cutters to process planes, bevels, grooves, etc. This product has reliable knots, good performance, stable quality and easy operation. It can perform high-speed cutting and heavy-load cutting work.
2.The machine tool adopts high-quality Mihanna castings, and the bed body adopts a four-guide rail structure with ultra-wide gauge and excellent stability.
3.All the castings are treated with secondary tempering, and the surface of the guide rail is quenched at high frequency, with strong rigidity and high precision.
4.All three axes use pasted PTFE plastic sliding guides, with small friction coefficient, good shock absorption, wear resistance and high precision.
5.The machine tool has a large working stroke and a wide processing range.
6.The spindle adopts pure grinding gear transmission, which has low noise, large cutting force and high transmission accuracy.
7.The spindle adopts BT type spindle, pneumatic knife cylinder structure, fast tool change, high efficiency and low labor intensity.
8.The machine adopts a full-cover protective design to provide a good working environment.
9.Special configuration: full protection, BT50 spindle, servo spindle gear head, fourth shaft.
