Product Description

 

1.The main shaft support adopts high-quality,high-precision and high-speed bearings, and the main shaft adopts variable frequency stepless 
speed regulation. The spindle can be equipped with servo spindle motor and servo drive. The starting and braking time can be reduced by 50%, and the minimum cutting speed of the spindle is 50 r/min.

2.The lathe is driven by precision ball screw.

3.Full-protection or semi-protection, integral or split bed seat, ultra-audio quenching and fine grinding of bed guide rail, and full plasticizing of sliding guide rail.

4.The tool holder has a row tool holder or a four-station tool holder, or can be mixed to increase the number of tools, which can be selected by the user.

5.The chuck and tailstock have manual, hydraulic and pneumatic options.
